We are the interlochen Motel and we are Clean, Quite, Comfortable and close to everything Northern Michigan has to offer. Just 10 minutes to Traverse City to the north, 15 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes And Lake Michigan to the West, and 15 minutes to Crystal Mountain to the South.
Golf courses are all around us along with Green, Duck and Long Lake to name a few of the inland lakes within walking distance.
We are uniquely situated between Little River Casino in Manistee to the south Leelanau sands Casino to the North and turtle Creek Casino to the northeast.
Our guests will often take one day and visit the wineries on the Leelanau peninsula and the next day tour The wineries on Old mission peninsula.
The most intriguing aspect about our location is that we are within walking distance of the world famous Interlochen Center for the Arts.Guest come to us year after year just to listen in on rehearsals or attend one of their favorite acts that interlochen brings in.
We just have too many activities to list but there are a few more: The Traverse City Beach Bums Professional Baseball Team; a water park with putt putt golf, go carts and of course water sliders; a family drive in movie theater styled like they use to be in the 50’s;fine dining; hiking trails and bike paths are all just the minutes from the interlochen motel.
Our prices are very reasonable and our services is second to none. we have rooms with one queen bed, rooms with one queen & one double bed, two queen bed and a suite with separate bedrooms with a third bed in the main area that easily sleeps 6.
